What you meant was... It does have an extension of tax cuts for the people who are actually paying taxes. In the USA the top 25% of earners pay 87% of the taxes. The bottom 50% earners, receive more in government support than they pay in tax so are actually a net negative "payer."

What you meant was" Healthy, able bodied young people with no dependents will have to look for work or volunteer to continue to be paid welfare payments and payments will no longer be made to people who are in the country illegally. Also it will become harder for people to spend their welfare payments on junk food. That has to be good for the yanks.
