BLR is a good project, but OPEX is an issue.

Any open pit or underground mining of Uranium break even cost is $54-$60/lb.

I have read few companies BFS and PFS for open pit and UG mining of Uranium(TOE is recent one Open pit). That's why TOE is trading very cheap despite having huge deposits.

Until unless grades are of Cigar Lakes type, one can't make money in open pit or UG mining of Uranium if uranium stays below $60/lb
