Just came across this and have to read it and probably run AI over it to extract some meaningful insights. From a quick glance I gather that there is both cost of diagnosing NETs which is our TAM but also the costs and implications of costs, mistreatment for the patients, healthcare industry and society due to misdiagnosis of NETs not least because of DOTA(?).
