To be fair, any future financial analysis/future cashflow forecast is based on our assumptions, none of this is based on company announcements. I was using Paradox DFS OPEX numbers, but at these prices and loan repayments there was no way we would make money
You would have and EBITDA of 41 mill, but loan of 42 mill per year
That is my theory, based on the Paradox DFS, maybe you think I am making the loan numbers up, that's ok
Making zero money for 500k capex, is way beyond 0 IRR
GR numbers will no doubt change
