If you read the RobexGold prospectus ~ the legal opinion over Mansounia permit is clean. So this Blox lawsuit is obviously just made up by people looking to cause trouble. Moreover ~ the supreme court case is a breach of contract claim a former employee. It has nothing to do with Robex at all.
So this 'post' is completely incorrect / misguided and reckless to say the least ...
