trading the market with skills gained from actively seeking to LEARN technical analysis or using carefuly selected fundamental analysis both of which can take a long time and using capital protection strategies in some cases is not gambling
what you do is gambling (I am only stating as you have pointed out to us and on the threads many times as well as admitting you used to have a gambling problem) so you have found another outlet
dont confuse or compare the two
personally I find it a bit offensive to think what a gambler and I do are one and the same
