Those big guys are smart enough to know the value in broadening the share register. This stock needs more institutional Small Cap fund managers owning it to ride it thru commercialisation. Otherwise the big guys will only be able to deal with each other. And participating in the CR would make incremental difference to their returns. Much better this way and normal progression for a company like this to broaden ownership.
