looking at ASX anns..around this time..

The ans before december 2007 included the Annual report explaining buying Genorah farms "RIGHTS" N E and H etc.
    and a AGM in Bermuda...after dec 007.

What I did find interesting was the 13/02/08 anns titled settlement of ANGLO claim...which has been a topic of conversation here...if I am on the right track.

That ann is positive sounding but I note that the settlement discussed was for prospecting "LICENSES"...
and they are different to rights....right? or is it just a different term for the same thing?
IMLO after all this searching...they are quite different things...so can anyone clarify please?
I think that this point is important.

PS I still get an impression that Anglo never relinquished their old order rights in the way we assume...remember their 2007 annual report still included the farms...as posted previously...and it went onto mention a 50% interest in those farms...
My question was to HC members, who had the other 50%?...

since reading pg 6 on the SA law 2011 course posted earlier...
I get the impression that old rights could be relinquished but the old holder shared them 50/50 with the State...
which looks like a better fit here, to me.

So was BEE Genorah the missing 50% holder on behalf of the state? ie How did Genorah come about in the first place...what does a BEE entity involve..other than the obvious.?
I think directors should make the License issue clearer.
that was the subject of the 13/02/ 2008 asx ann.
or am I the only one seeing it this way because I am new to the stock?
