    Hi Pro

look at the "pears" of NMT.
It's not an easy market surrounding in the Lithium sector, neither in the recycling sector.
    Everyone get's beaten down.

Look at the recyclers, who are publicly traded.

    i.e.
    li-cycle
    RIL
    etc.,

    Insolvency or suspension.

And Europe is in a rearming/war dilirium, thanks to the Nulands and Lindseys; climate change no topic in our german news anymore, totally crazy, only urkaine ukraine ukraine, I'm sometimes thinking our journalist are ukrainian agents.

The subsidiary of NMT is a "German Ltd" a "GmbH", they have no duty to the public to tell their orders, potential customers/ deals.

Why so much hate towards the managment.
Again vote Chris down and than? What comes after that? Who comes next?
They can't change anything concerning Primobius, their recycling business, with SMS's 50% stake. So they are now in charge as well. Do you want to vote down their decissionmakers as well? Not possible.

And it's very positive that SMS is part of our recyclingbusiness here, with its many loctions, more than 100 in the world, offices and workshops, on the following continents, America, Asia, Europe, Africa.

This was a very smart move from NMT management and Chris Reed.

And yes, in hindsight, it would have been smarter for NMT to secure funding through a capital raise, when it was traded at and above 1 AUD.
But afterwards one is always smarter.

    Regards
