sadly I disagree entirely.
The logical sequence of events you detail is you/others interpretation.
I always stand to be corrected.
So, point me to the Asx Ann detailing the failure of the Rights issue.
Point me to the Asx Ann detailing the plan for the need for a JV.
Point me to the Asx Ann detailing the reason for the delay in PPSA.
The reality is when this chain of events kicked off and the vote for more funds was needed at an EGM SM sent an attorney to front shareholders. Questions should have been answered and it was left to holders to try piece together what, where and why just as you have detailed in your post above.
At the AGM details were scant.
Since then the quarterly’s were rinse and repeat and the posts on X etc really naff. The imminents, weeksaways, on tracks are not cutting it anymore.
Then in come the text messages. If you agree with this mode of communication then I can’t see the point in debating this.
The point of the matter is SM needs to front up out of respect for those who have blindly supported him. I am/was one of those but I cannot see a reason to not update the holders. If anything just to settle the minds of those who are rightly p!safe off. To intimate that the Govt have told him to keep quiet is opening up another crock it’s about as true as him saying that the Govt Minister will be told to sign the document.
There’s no excuse for this ghosting, because that’s what it is.
