Not sure how you could frame it diplomatically. I personally think SM serves us better by saying nothing publicly. Zim politicians can read too and I’m sure there are plenty looking for an opportunity to sledge the government.
He absolutely would have been able to raise at 10c or are you suggesting Mutapa, who is owned by Gov, didn’t know where the Ppsa was at? My belief is they too kicked in expecting Ppsa to be done BUT the legal review screwed that pooch big time.
