Still in March last year there was Bentley saying ppsa would be done in a few weeks which was BS as it hadn't even gone through the legal review process at that point of time. Think that's what people are pissed at like what happened there and didn't even know it was being externally reviewed until the process was complete in November so yes the company is playing games to prop the price with airy fairy timelines. It's probably a good learning exercise for people in risk management of stock at this end of the market.
