Thats a bit of a loaded question there Dex with incorrect assumptions and estimates which makes me think there no easy way to answer and i'm going to have to break it down a bit for you to help you with my rooting which isn't just for the wealthy but they are of course included.

To start with, i don't believe in taxing people on an envy or jealously basis or just because they have a billion in the bank they should or can afford to pay more tax when they already pay heaps larger percents already. I don't believe in class warfare and all that type of thing.

In the post you replied to you'll see i said ....... " Got to make them permanent " This comment means two or 3 things.

    1. I'm talking about and refering to the TCJA provisions which have done very well for the US economy in Trumps first term and all through Bidens term.

    2. Wanting to make these TCJA provisions permanent does not mean a tax cut for the wealthy or anyone else because they already exist, making the TCJA permanent stops a massive tax rise, it doesn't cut taxes, it ensures the average tax payer doesn't get hit with a 22% tax increase, all it does is it keeps the tax rates at 10% for low earners, probably has some tax brackets inbetween and the wealthy get hit with 37% which is still a very high tax rate.

    3. Because the tax cuts i'm was referring to are already in place the impact on the lowest paid 11 million people is zero, in fact they are better off keeping these TCJA provisions than not.
