Agree - interesting analysis. I hope Resource House materialises soon......I also liked the analysis comparing to GIR's pre funded magnetite assets and a valuation on that basis should see the market cap at circa $272m. Also wonder whether ARH should spend more effort proving up further reserves to attract funding - or did they only do what they thought they needed to to get a financing package together? Perhaps 12 mtpa is not enough to attract the bigger fish and better offers.
