Everything is not good with those in the know - there is no viable excuse for why institutions aren't on board.
If the drug really is as good as people say, then there is one bleedingly obvious reason that institutions aren't on the register, and that's management. Everyone can see it. So far the institutions have been right and management haven't shown any reason for me to believe that they won't drive this great drug into the ground.
