He did not include the NT assets - Thunderball, Fountain Head and Hayes Creek.

A robust PFS on Fountain Head and Hayes Creek was announced 17th June 2021
Since then gold has increased by a whopping 118% and silver by 62%. (See below)

The market is completely unaware of the underlying value of PTN.
