To put it in more simplistic terms, Ed Husic, when making the PEP 11 decision would not only been at high risk of losing his ministry, but also risked being kicked out of the Labor Party….he’s not the type to have the moral integrity to go against Labor Party policy, let alone give up his ministerial position.
