I wouldn't waste your time or expectations on Simply Wall St. Each analyst has there own algorithm to predict fair value.
Just depends on which mob you look at. Have seen 80c, 60c, 55c, 50c. Peter Lynchs fair value is -10c.
Simply Wall Streets DCFs are always way outta whack. Comet Ridge is a prime example Fair value $4.87...current share price is 14c.
No way in hell is COI share going to rise above 40c.
Come back to SWS and reassess after its cash flow positive
