Well we are already in production, with approx. $100M at current gold prices to come from Boorara and Philips and plenty of paydirt is already stockpiled. This newsflow should be enough to get the share price performing well. Too many negative surprises lately in relation to excess shares which has unfortunately put pressure on any attempt at a breakout. Some necessary (I.e the acquisitions) but some not so necessary imo (I.e the recent raise, particularly tranche 2).
There are stocks like MAT , KAL etc which are not even in production yet, but have still managed 7x + returns from last year.
All you need in the current gold environment is sustained positive exploration and development news and your share price is going to perform well. Unfortunately management have not even delivered this in recent times! Mind you, Burbanks and Nimbus news is imminent for their drilling programs and additional development to production.
A great time to buy Imo. Because the negative newsflow has been a problem but all that is about to change both from exploration/development at multiple assets and a production perspective at our 2 current producing mines. Positive newsflow will result in positive movements in the share price. Big gains to come even before Black Swan is up and running Imo.
