The article reads as if MYX needs to accept an offer... any offer ... as long as it sits above $ 6.61.
One of the other articles I was referrring two was listed in the HC daily bulletins .. can't recall the specifics ... but in short it was stating 2 weeks ago that the deal was dead in the water and shareholders need not worry about voting on the proposal ...... as this one does.
Can't recall where I read the third aricle.
The statenent that "DataRoom understands Mayne has been prepared to go to the negotiating table with Cosette in a quest to see if it can get a deal done, albeit at a lower price" contradicts MYX's public statements.
Of course all articles are opinions only, but in my view the article has a negative bias. (Obviously just my reading and opinion on the opinion expressed in the article)
