Ann: IronClad to raise $11 million Fully Underwri, page-2

re: Ann: IronClad to raise $11 million Fully ... What is everyone's thoughts? While I see it as a bit of an issue that the full amount has not been raised, and it looks like the options were included as a sweetner to get the underwriters on board, the funds will de-risk the project substantially.

After this raising, there will be only approx $9mill further required which hopefully can either be obtained via a loan or a combination of a capital injection and a loan.

I see this as a large step in the right direction, but they have some more steps to go. Each one they take just puts everyone in the box seat to do well from here.
