    Now why would you stump up $1,500,000 AUD cash now to buy out an overhanging royalty liability?

    Because...maybe...there just might be a shed load of liquids waiting to be extracted at commercially viable rates perhaps?


    Progress is being made....signs and signals are twitching.


    EXR share price will rise again- in time....patience (as always) required.
