Brilliant Rykster (and @BelowAverage). Despite RCE having completed phase II trials and now embarking on a phase III in Indonesia it is "not a "phase III company". Do let us know (that was sarcasm - none of use care - to illustrate the point) what is the necessary hurdle for a company in the process of actioning a phase III trial to actually be considered a phase III trial. Completion perhaps. Successful phase III completion perhaps. Successful completion and regulatory approval perhaps.
Because apparently in your reality (where facts do not deter you from just making up crap about RCE - its not me defending them by the way, more mocking your compete detatchment from the reality of RCE in your loathing) being engaged in commencing a phase III trial does not qualify a company as a phase III company.
