Tany, not once have I asked for a copy, asked what was in it, or asked why it hasn't been published. No need because its obvious to anybody who can read and recall the lengthy discussions here. I've merely been entertained at the conversation between Footy and yourself whilst you try to herd the cats who are most distinctly out of the bag. My post reflects that so have a second read including my deliberate spelling mistake that you were responding to!

Can I suggest to you that secrecy / privacy is not necessary and potentially counterproductive at this level since:

    a) The company already knows what is going on. What do you think MM does when she runs out of wool and why does she seem so cranky at shareholder opinions at webinars? You don't think she knows what has been said on HC?
    b) Shareholders are perfectly entitled to exercise their rights. They can't stop you. Shareholder just need to finally have the balls to act rather than blame Lux, even if blaming Lux is more fun.
    c) Management need to start respecting the shareholders who own the company and knowing what is going to happen may just put the fear of god into them finally so they start pulling their collective fingers out immediately. There is limited time and funds remaining and secret meetings take time.
    d) Any action requires a viable alternative as I've said to A2 on numerous occasions. Make sure that in trying to keep this conversation secret that the narrative and alternative presented explores the best outcomes rather than a single one which represents the best interests of a particular party. I've seen people just form the frying pan into the fire before.

Can I also just say, for years there have been a chorus of posters here who desperately wanted to exclude non-holders from all conversations and create an echo chamber of misinformation and a method of excluding any counter arguments or sanity checks. How many here celebrated and cheered at the $1.2 trillion market cap comments, the stories about conga lines of BP reps lined to to do a deal and how this explained the endless delays in releasing results. The posts from certain people who routinely called people like me a liar, had our posts censored and removed and threatened to report us to ASIC etc for daring to do no more than provide written documents which exposed the lies.

I know this is not your intention when trying to keep this secret, oops private, but please consider the history lessons to be learned. There are lots of people who would love to see this succeed even if they are personally sick of seeing their own money go down the tube with current management failings. Be careful not to create the same echo chamber seeking change that allowed this management team to continue unchecked for so many years.

Finally censoring discussions like this is pointless. The horse has bolted. Cats out of the bag. The bell cannot be unrung. The Rubicon has been crossed. The toothpaste is out of the tube. And more to the point, other than the name none of this was actually a secret to start with. Its common knowledge. You are worrying yourself unnecessarily with this game of whack-a-mole. Don't stress on it. Let it run and focus on the issue at hand, ie the details.
