sounds too easy but ASX sees far more volume than OTC plus who is selling ? definitely not retail judging by big parcels and given today ann there was no reason to be 20% down. there is lot more at play than journaling shares. also ask why is DTREF trading under 9c. why arent the yanks buying up ?
