@ZacGoldthey buy DTR.AX and transfer it to DTREF through journalling - effectively removing that stock from circulation off the ASX and moving it onto the OTCQB
The volume on the OTC is tiny because general retail investors can't freely trade it yet (see the discussions on DTC/CNS). The yanks are buying it up on the ASX - todays trade pattern was very methodical and controlled - if you go through and look at the trade data for the course of the day you will see it was very artificial behaviour. I was posting about it while it was happening on one of the other threads.
imo MM are stockpiling to supply US demand which will explode when retail can get involved, but in the mean time, there is an easy arbitrage window for small amounts of their inventory for them since the ASX price is so ridiculously easy to manipulate
