Absolutely not! They'll do it. Why CEZ/KC keep feeding us with DFS data that doesn't hold water in the meantime is anyone's guess. Theory: Then, at the end of December, a triple blow from DFS-EIA-FID, along with a takeover offer, all within a trading halt, so the price can't rise much. A neutral evaluator (shareholder agreement) will be found who considers a price of 30 or 40 cents fair, citing Rio/Arcadium. As I said, just a theory, not facts. Things could turn out completely differently, and we'd see very high prices. That would be nice.
