BGL is in no financial position to take any one over and you may not like result of being taken over depending when you became a shareholder, but this is the likely result. Aside from that, Running the existing business more transparently and competently is your only hope, Good luck.I am not a buyer, even on T/O spec because of the debt, but you do have a window before the hedge book takes you down. Just my opinion, but it won’t matter. Someone will grab the asset cheap and turn it around.
