    Petey , I am quite happy with ETE standing pat , but with a proper structured deal 100% "could" be extremely exciting .in biz world $15 mil is not out of the question for a private investment group , just ask EMR . how could a .034 company with no cash see this 45% as a great deal , and ETE with an equally motivated private financier not see the same value ?? either way I am very excited about the future of ETE be it at 55% or some form of the 100% .... glta
