Management dropped the ball on this one!
Ramp-up capacity is typically from a lower initial level (such as startup or low demand) to full or optimal capacity. Yet these guys immediately constrained capacity and its us shareholders that wear it with a 10% SP fall.
Hope they do get taken over, as this is amateurish to blow capacity and then trying to seek a price adjustment with the contract pricing. What were they expecting, their customers to be just amateurish and agree to a price adjustment??
