While we may argue that Clee’s sale of the company’s shares caused a decline in its value, we cannot hold him solely responsible for the company’s underperformance. He was not a board member and consistently provided the company with funds, either through his own resources or by raising capital from investors. Instead of blaming Clee, I would like to ask the board members where the company’s money has been spent, why expenses have not been optimized, and why they have not been able to establish a legitimate business.
