Maaaan, he's an operator...........it would apply to foreign entities if their home country applies unfair taxes against US corporations lol. So like facebook/Meta, which keeps it income in Australia offshore, so the Oz government went about using a worldwide 'turnover tax' (in agreement with many other countries including the EU) to clip the ticket at the revenue stage rather then where it was being paid. So Trump dishes it out to Australian expat companies in the US...................
I can see the time that Trump could say that if you want to invest in the US, you pay US taxes. His home audience would love it and he would have a case in point coz everyone loves the S&P and NASDAQ
