Regarding the new CEO, if you haven't already, check on his previous 'innings' of Panoramic Resources. Took a bit of a beating on that one I did.
These guys leap frog from one place to another, regardless of value brought (or not brought) to the investor.
The renumeration given is completely out of touch for what is done at this stage, especially for a micro-cap.
The only slight justice for the average retail investor, is that all the shares these guys get gifted to them, end up worth diddly-squat if the company folds (not prophesying that for NRX).
Be on your guard. I got out of a majority of my holding when I heard he was coming aboard. Hope for everyone else's sake here I'm wrong.
