the skill level of todays 30-50 year old trades person is nowhere near that of someone trained in the 50’s-60’s or 70’s. Take builders, they once had to have basic knowledge about other trades. That part of their training now longer happens. The current crop of builders have no idea that , “hey I need to call the plumber / electrician in before we pour that concrete slab” . Jet
