Sorry to disappoint you Jackdcm but I think you need to look at the total number of shares issued again..... its more like 200 million and therefore requires about 180 million to get through.
Top 20 hold about 72% but in fact the top 4 hold about 50%.. personally I reckon it'll be over the line without some top end support... or a better offer.
