Again, their funding is definitely not guaranteed. Hence, the frustration on SH's accepting this deal. The company can not do anything with AUD$1m except maybe pay management a few months ... they will need to raise more money regardless and will make zero advancement progress in PNG or anywhere for that matter....
I hate to say, I told you so ... but we will wait a bit longer for that...
