    OK STU holders, SP is currently around 90 cents, I see an arbitrage opportunity here, but I'm interested in the mood of the holders of this stock. There seems to be a resounding silence from the HC set on this deal. is it good, bad or indifferent, any deal breakers?? any comments appreciated.
