Dahlia conducts public opinion research for civil society organisations, including joint Israeli-Palestinian surveys. She holds a PhD in political science from Tel Aviv University; her thesis examined conflicts in Serbia-Kosovo, Armenia-Azerbaijan and Cyprus.
