You massively underestimate corruption in the Czech Republic. It's perfectly reasonable to believe what Chuxa suggested; CEZ can plot such a course to put oligarchs in position for a nice profit when it's FID becomes public.
Central European energy companies reek of similar or worse stories (same in Hungary or Croatia).
In this scenario though the most logical PI investor action at these prices is to buy. Either profit the same way or even better, push the price up.
