The balancing act is when do you start to do you final valuation of EXT and with what type of metrics do you throw into the valuation model. We as shareholders who believe that they are still only scratching the surface will have to realize that time is finite and the process of negotiation of miner status will have to begin at some point in time. This is the critical juncture and we know that RIO is more desperate to get the ore than management because we haven't even see the details of the DFS. Shouldn't that be the the document for both sides to agree on valuations without playing the cat and mouse game?
