Please show me on this chart where this management team have created any shareholder wealth. I would have thought that the Company would be putting out some announcements - particularly the Case Western results - to drive the share price up and over the one cent mark. Then options would begin to be converted therefore bringing in the extra $$$ into the account. The way it looks with this advance is that they have no confidence that this will occur and hence this advance is required to prop up the bank balance.
