what again you infer rubbish, the appeal judges said all of the lines of appeal were correct and threw the case out ,thus legally it means it never occurred. it should never have occurred you cant convict any one on forged documents that were back dated. now i know you dont want to talk about etm but after months of an attack on me and tanbreez it really is time for you to focus on etm questions that were not answered in white papers, eia etc etc . such as the dorfmanite problem, what the field program for this year etc etc. if you dont know you can always we dont know
