Cast your mind back where you were using the full number of options offered during the shareholder raise, rather than just 1/3 of that number that was issued as the raise was poorly supported. You suggested then that the CR wasn't required as those options were available. Those statements were incorrect. Also, again note that money can't be counted on until after their expiry in Dec 25, which would have led to the company becoming insolvent if the CR had not taken place. So your idea would have crashed the share price.
Please read the conditions of the tranche 2 of the last CR wrt when that money is available.
If you want to make statements, at least take 5min fact check the details you are using. Your track record is poor so far. Yet you expect so much more from others, the BOD for example. Perhaps this is something to reflect upon?
