not choose to declare war against Hamas, and by claiming that was the case, you are again revealing your pro-Hamas bias.
Netanyahu in fact CHOSE to
defend Israel and Israelis against Hamasfollowing Hamas's ferocious invasion of and attack of Israel and Israelis.
2. Israel and the IDF to not "target" civilians, despite your defamatory claim.
