ICSID is a bit different to ICC however you are right, recovering the money will be harder than getting the ruling. i only want the ruling to secure the converasation around what the true value is. Added bonus for socialising the crap we were put through.
I feel ICSID outcome gives us the leverage we need to either mine it (by virtue of the award or the freezing of the asset for anyone else daring to mine against ICSID ruling), or the offer that Kobold is due to make.
