Price-sensitive information must be reported to ASX "immediately" upon a company becoming aware of it, meaning promptly and without delay. This includes information that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the company's securities. .........Now if we discovered early on that testing was not achieving 20nm they would have had to disclose it to the market..
