It is frustrating to read such crap from obviously another short sited and ignorant shareholder (assuming you are). Look at the situation as it stands. How many parties are involved directly in the final decision each with their own needs. AVZ. as many seem to expect, is not the only decision maker, if only. The company has been very successful over many years up until the illegal interference from Chinese and resident companies. You have made your assumptions upon the current situation which is unfair to say the least. Personally I doubt that in replacing our current M.D. would be a negative move and possibly could cost us everything. If you do not find it too difficult, think about it, if that is possible.
