Long term holders would not sell it below $25 according to the calculations with more than 7% dividend at $25 SP that's 100% franked, but I guess there will be quite some selling pressure before the end of the financial year since this stock has negative return YTD, to offset their CGT made elsewhere from other stocks.
What they'd do is selling it to make a loss then immediately buy back the shares.
