Watching some of the last interviews over the last few years and listening to the commentary and timelines coming through. So much is lining up preparing for next stages. IMO its getting close, there may or may not need much tweaking we will find out soon.
Also like the fact that the chip can be program and adjusted to any application as stated on one of the interviews ( could be Ting and Peter interview)
Watching various other interviews, common statements made about Reram is just gaining traction and soon more will be knocking on the door being afraid getting left behind. If 4DS can come through this will be a game changer.
Energy consumption is big focus Now and the Future. Infineon states it all over the webpage. Data centres usage to increase and power usage also so looking for low energy consumption chip and other applications.
Infineon has a good fit for Reram for medical devices as it low energy and data logging.( as per slideshow from them/website)
I'm looking forward to the announcement and where this can go.
