That was my thought, what was Trump thinking. But then I realised he probably thought he could shock tariff China into submission. Didn't play out like he thought it would so now cap in hand for yet another TACO moment. Oh well, he did Lynas a favour by pushing China into tit for tat restrictions on rare earth, the elephant in the room conveniently ignored by governments and companies outside China for decades. Reality bites, as they've now discovered. So who do you call?
